At Sugar Chic Design, we believe our cookies are as much edible art as they are delicious treat. In fact, taste is what sets our cookies apart. Besides their amazing presentation, these delicious buttery treats will wow you with flavor. Speaking of butter (my favorite ingredient in everything) we use the same ingredients your grandma uses. Your cookies are made fresh to order with real eggs, butter, and vanilla. No preservatives and no mystery ingredients, because we believe simple is always best.
HOW MUCH ARE THESE GLITTERY TREATS?
Custom cookies start at $36 a dozen based on size and detail work. We do have a 1 dozen minimum, but we can work within your budget after that to make all your cookie dreams come true.
HOW DO I TURN MY IDEA INTO A COOKIE?
We love custom orders! If you have an idea in your head, we will make it a reality. Things that help us view your vision are a copy of your invitation (for events), a link to your Pinterest board, or pictures of other cookies and themes that you’ve found online. Send your ideas to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond back as soon as we can with our recommendations and design ideas!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
We recommend you place your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance, but we take orders up to a calendar year in advance (Yes, seriously). For large orders or holiday orders we request that you contact us as soon as possible to save yourself a spot on our calendar. Christmas is an especially hectic time, so we recommend that you place your order 6 weeks in advance.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR COOKIES?
Our cookies are placed in a clear, sealed cellophane bag that ensures that they fresh for about 10-14 days after you receive them. They can also be frozen for up to two months, although we think they are best when they’re fresh!
DO YOU SHIP COOKIES?
Sugar Chic Design ships nationwide! We will send cookies anywhere that you want to send some love! Local orders (Omaha Metro) are available for pickup. All other orders are carefully shipped via 2-day Priority Mail with USPS. (Postage fees for shipped orders will apply.)
You are always welcome to checkout with one of our standard packages via Etsy (www.etsy.com/sugarchicdesign) but if you’re looking for something custom we will arrange payment once we have decided the details of your order.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?
We can’t imagine why you’d change your mind, but if you do, we will do our best to be accommodating. We will offer a 50% refund if you cancel 7 or less days prior to your delivery date. Other than that, all sales are final as our product is perishable. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
